“In the half-light of midnight, even the smallest deck can raise the dead.”
The Horror Tiny Tarot (Titan / Insight Editions) may be miniature, but its gothic heart beats loudly. Each card conjures the elegance of classic horror - crumbling castles, silver-screen monsters, and moonlit secrets - distilled into pocket-sized perfection. It’s a love letter to the shadows, where tarot meets the thrill of the uncanny.
The Major Arcana parade through cinematic archetypes - The Lovers become haunted romantics, Death glows with eerie beauty - while the Minors hum with tension and dark humour. Every draw feels like a scene from an old horror reel, suspense and wit perfectly intertwined.
The mini cards are sturdily made, the box a tiny coffin of delights, and the guidebook offers brisk but flavourful insights, perfect for both collectors and casual night readers.
Published by Titan / Insight Editions, international editions.
Verdict: A pocket-sized gothic gem - ideal for Halloween readings, candlelit parties, or anyone who prefers their tarot with a whisper of fog, fangs, and flickering light.
