Pull Three Cards You can use any deck. Shuffle and draw intuitively.
Assign Roles
Card 1: Personality – What is this character like? What traits, quirks, or emotional tone do they carry?
Card 2: Backstory – What shaped them? What past event or emotional climate defines their history?
Card 3: Goals – What do they want now? What drives them forward?
Optional Twist Add a fourth card for Conflict or Secret Motivation if you want extra depth.
